About Sidcup Place Community Garden
Our Vision
Since the project launched in 2015, we have restored and regenerated a historic walled garden at Sidcup Place. In doing so, we have created a wonderful community of volunteers, where new friendships have been forged with members enjoying the companionship of our collective effort as much as the gardening itself.
We believe that the walled garden brings joy and peace to all those who visit and that each moment spent on its maintenance and development adds something special to our local community.
Our Approach
We welcome volunteers of all ages and experience! You may have been gardening for years, or just starting out. From children to experienced horticulturists, we have a place for everyone who wants to join our community effort.
